1. What is Liber8Clix?

Liber8Clix is a free worldwide service available in a multi-language environment. Our service consists of allowing advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their advertisement(s) on our website and users to earn money by viewing those advertisements. Our users click on the advertiser's advertisement and view it for a time period specified by the advertiser. After viewing the advertisement, the user gets credited with a pre-determined amount of money in their Liber8Clix account. You don't need to pay us a thing to make money. So, register now and start earning money for free!

2. How does it work?

Go to Registration page and create an account. When you received the activation e-mail, click on the link inside to activate, and you are ready to Login to your account. Now you can go and click the advertisements, there you will watch the advertisers’ pages and when the timer is finished, a captcha will appear to confirm and your account will be credited. As soon you reach the minimum cashout amount, you can make a withdrawal request.

3. What is a referral?

Referrals are users like you who have registered on Liber8Clix.

There are two types of referrals:

- Direct Referrals: These users registered using your username as their referrer.

- Rented Referrals: These users registered without a referrer. You can rent them.

You can rent referrals monthly (30 calendar days) to work for you.

The quantity of referrals available will vary depending on how many users registered without a referrer.

4. How do I get referrals

Here are three ways you can do that:


Use our banners:

Present our banner online with a link to your username on Liber8Clix (you can find the banners with the links in your account).

When a visitor clicks that banner, he/she will be sent here.

Then, all he/she has to do is to register. We'll take care of the rest for you.



Just tell everyone to register at Liber8Clix and to type your username in the referrer field when they do so.



You can rent referrals monthly (30 calendar days) to work for you (this is not slavery...they earn too), keep in mind that any member without an up-line can potentially become a Rented Referral if he/she is active according to our filter. Just go to your account and check rent referrals.

You'll only get referrals that have clicked at least 25 advertisements in the past 7 days!

6. What is the minimum payout and how long does it take to receive my payment?

The minimum amount for the first cashout is $4.00 for Standard members and $2.00 for Upgraded members. A fee can be deducted from the amount depending on the payment processor you use. All payments will be made via PayPal,Payza, Perfectmoney, Bitcoin or Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can request an unlimited amount to be paid only to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal value of purchases between two or more payment processors, you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.

7. Do I have to invest in order to get paid?

No, you do not have to invest in order to get paid. Only members from Vietnam need to upgrade their membership to one of Golden 30 days/Golden 365 days, or Ultimate 30 days/Ultimate 365 days before they can request for withdrawal.

8. I'm a hacker

No one is really perfect

Seriously, we love hackers. That is why we also thought of you!


Hackers will have a special attention from our system. Just for you, we have implemented one of the strongest anti-cheat protections in the industry so that you can work harder in cheating.


You may be warned when you try to cheat but we also have many other surprises because we know how much you love surprises. In certain cases you won't be warned!

As we love hackers so much, we will even update your account balance because we know what success means to you.


If our system finds out that you are a hacker, it will fight back. Don't worry, there is no violence involved... you will just be banned before or when you request your payment.

How do we know that you are a hacker?


   You try to develop or use something that clicks advertisements for you.

   You try to view advertisements you're not supposed to.

   You are ugly!


If you get banned, it's because our system got upset with you, so it won't accept communications coming from you. Our system doesn't accept apologies. If you're banned, you will lose all the money in your account!

It's our way of saying: We told you so!

9. Do I have to click ads in order to earn from my referrals the next day?

Yes. 10 PTC ads per day.


10. Can i change my username?

No, your account is identified by your username. Therefore it cannot change.


11. How often can I click on advertisements?

You can click on advertisements every 24 hours. The ads reset at midnight (00:00h server time).


12. When I log off I see more ads than when logged on. Why is that?

Advertisers can set demographic filters for their campaigns, allowing only paid clicks of members from certain countries. Additionally there are advertisements that are clickable for upgraded members only.

13. Where can I find my affiliate link and start promoting Liber8Clix?

In order to find your affiliate (referral) link you have to go to your account and click on "Banners" on the left menu. There you will find everything you need in order to promote your referral link and get direct referrals.

14. What is the cost of referral extension? Are there any discounts available for that?

15. Are all visits guaranteed?

Yes, you will receive at least the number of visits you have ordered. We only count clicks from our members. External clicks from visitors are free.


16. Are all member visits unique?

Yes, we only count one click per member per 24 hours.


17. What kinds of websites are not allowed to advertise?

- Frame breakers

- Adult contents

- Contents that promote spamming, racism, etc.

- Pop-ups

18. My direct referrals are removed sometimes. Why is that?

The referrals offered are true people clicking ads (no bots!). However, if they are inactive, their accounts will be removed after a certain amount of time.


19. Why I cannot see any PTC ads?

You have to deactivate ad-block from your browser settings.


20. Why am I receiving Multiple IP errors when logging in?

Just reboot or unplug your modem for about 1 to 2 minutes to get another IP assigned to your connection. This is a common problem for members who have a dynamic IP address. For future reference and error, please use the same procedure. This is the only way to solve this problem. You do not need to contact us every time you have this multi-IP login error. You can solve it at your end.

21. Can I change my up-line?

No, if you believe that your referrer (up-line) should be another user or if you do not have any up-line, this issue is not from the website.

This is your responsibility to check the referral link that you click on.

22. What are the different advertisement options available?

We have 5 different PTC adverts available:

- (1) Micro Ads, displayed for 15 seconds

- (2) Daily Ads, displayed for 30 seconds

- (3) Macro Ads displayed for 45 seconds

- (4) Standard Ads displayed for 60 seconds

- (5) Extened Ads displayed for 120 seconds

- (6) Fixed 10 sec PTC ad


We also have the following advertising options available:

- BANNER ADVERTISING, you can purchase banner exposures and have your site banner displayed on Liber8Clix.

- LOGIN BANNER ADS, these adverts are shown to our members daily when they first login to the website.

23. What is your refund policy?

As per our TERMS & CONDITIONS we generally do not offer refunds on purchases.


However, if you are completely unhappy with your purchase then please do contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us directly (via our support system) and we will strive to resolve the issue amicably.

25. What are Paid to Signup offers?

Paid to Signup offers are adverts where you must register with our advertiser website and provide proof that you actually completed the offer successfully and followed the instructions completely.


The advertiser will specify the exact terms of the offer.


You must read and understand the terms and then complete the offer as required.

When you submit the offer then the advertiser will have 72hrs to approve or deny the offer.


If the advertiser approves the offer then the money will automatically be credited to your account.

If the advertiser denies the offer then you will not be paid.


Important Information (MEMBERS)

To prevent abuse of the system we will automatically block any member who is denied 3 or more times from any offers.

It is important that you only submit offers when you have actually completed the offer correctly.


Important Information (ADVERTISERS)

To prevent abuse of the system we will automatically block any advertiser who intentionally denies a valid offer.

It is important that the advertiser promotes a reasonable offer.

Please do not post any offer where our members need to make a purchase or upgrade.

Please do not post an offer where the member cannot reasonably complete the offer within a 72hours time period.

Admin will evaluate any DENIED/REJECTED offers within 72hours of your submission for review (but usually sooner)


You do not earn any referral earnings from Paid to Signup offer completions.

25. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Go to Login from the menu, and click on 'Forgot your password?'


26. Why am I banned from the forum?

This can have various reasons:

1- If you spam in the forum

2- If you do not respect other users and Liber8Clix staff

3- If you claim something without proof that may cause a negative impact on other users.

4- If you post too many replies and spam in the sub forums

We check all sections of the forum and monitor all posts.

27. Is there a direct referral limit?

Yes, there is a limit to the number of people you can refer.


200 direct referrals for Standard members.

500 direct referrals for Golden members.

5000 direct referrals for Ultimate members.

28. Is there a rented referral limit?

200 rented referrals for Standard members.

1000 rented referrals for Golden members.

5000 rented referrals for Ultimate members.

29. Why is my account suspended?

Accounts are suspended if a member has tried to cheat our system.

We use sophisticated anti-cheat protection systems to protect our members and our advertisers.

There are many different reasons why your account might be banned.

Changing your IP address, using a proxy to hide you IP address, fake address details and opening multiple accounts are some reasons for account suspension. Cheaters are blocked for life. No second chances!


If you feel you have been unfairly banned then please do send us a support ticket.

30. What is Autopay?

Autopay is a great way of extending your Rented Referrals on a day to day basis while saving a whopping 15%. The extension will only be triggered if you have more than 20 days left on your referrals. If a rented referral views an ad on a day, that referral will be extended for one more day, but if they do not, they will not be extended. This is useful to keep the active referrals for yourself and not extending less active ones. AutoPay will extend one day to your referrals, day-by-day. Eventually, they will expire. If you wish to extend them for 30 days or more, you must do it manually.

31. I bought something, but I still haven't received it

Our store is fully automated, which means if you buy something, you should receive it instantly as soon as you complete the payment, however sometimes payment processors can experience a downtime or failure resulting in our system not receiving your payment completion details. In that case, just open a support ticket and make sure to include the following information:

   Your username

   Name of the product purchased,

   Payment Transaction ID or receipt.


We will manually process your order as soon as possible.

32. I have another question but cannot find any answer here

33. How can I view my tickets?

Write the ticket number on the field which has been sent to you via email.


If you have created your ticket while you are inside Liber8Clix, You should login first on Liber8Clix to be able to view your ticket.


If you have created your ticket while you are outside Liber8Clix, You should logout of Liber8Clix to be able to view your ticket.


Please whitelist to be able to receive messages from Liber8Clix.

34. How can I purchase advertising?

Make sure you have an account with us, log in and visit our store. We have a variety of advertising products available for our advertisers.

35. Where do I see website/admin updates?

You can see updates on our forum.


36. Is my personal information protected by your site?

All personal information that you provide is privacy protected. Your information will never be shared with or sold to anyone!


37. What are your membership requirements?

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Members must read our TERMS & CONDITIONS before joining our website.


38. Anti-Spam Policy

All members must abide by our strict anti-spam rules that prohibit spamming in any of its forms. Spammers will be immediately and permanently banned from the program.


39. Can anybody join from any country?

Yes, we welcome international members.


40. Why have I not won on the ClixGrid?

ClixGrid is a chance game where winning odds are given by the type of your membership. Standard members have 20, Golden members have 40 and Ultimate members have 60 tries to find the prizes. The system works like this: Each time you click on the boxes of grid, and view the advertisements, you will have the opportunity to reveal the prize. Some of the boxes are empty and some have a prize up to $5. Also, you can always check the latest winners on the right side of ClixGrid. Good Luck!


41. I haven't received my payment or my payment has been refunded why?

Please make sure you are meeting these requirements in order to receive your payment successfully.


   Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.

   Make sure your payment processor email address/ID is correct. Go to Settings/Payment Method to check

   You need to have a verified Payza account and your country must be eligible for receiving payments by Payza regulations.

42. How can I increase the AVG of my rental referrals?

There are 3 main ways to improve your AVG:


1) Make sure to click at least 10 ads during the server time of 00:01AM to 03:00AM everyday for optimum referral click results.

2) Extend your active referrals and let the inactive ones expire.

3) The quality of referrals you rent differs depending on the membership level. So, if possible try to upgrade your account to a higher membership to avail Good/High/Advanced RR filter quality.


43. What is the reset time for advertisements?

All ads reset at 00:00 Server time. Grid ads are reset every 24 hours.


44. I cannot log into my account. What can I do?

If you are having issues logging into your account, please try the following:


   Reset your modem router to renew your IP.

   Uninstall your current web browser and install the latest version of Google Chrome.

   Disable any add-on that could prevent the load of jquery / javascript.

   Try logging into your account again.

   Disable IPv6 on your internet connection. Our site can only work with IPv4 connections.


45. After clicking several adverts why am I not being credited?

After you click the View Ads link, where the timer is we show you a picture. You must click the upside down image. If you fail to do this, you will not get a credit. If you are correctly clicking the verification image please give our system a few minutes to credit the money to your account. Due to the high volume of users there might sometimes be a slight delay.


46. How do I transfer funds from my 'Main Balance' to my 'Purchase Balance'?

You can add funds from your main balance to your purchase balance by clicking the 'Add Funds' link on the 'My Account' page then in the drop down beside 'Method' select 'Account Balance' and enter the amount to transfer, the minimum transfer amount is $0.10 for this purpose.
